Meet Kate

Hello, I’m Kate Kulas

With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and holistic healing modalities, I am deeply committed to guiding women and others through meaningful personal transformation. My work is rooted in compassion, resilience, and the belief that healing is not only possible—it’s powerful. My time as a shelter manager for a domestic violence and sexual assault safe house profoundly shaped my understanding of human strength and the deep need for safe, nurturing spaces to heal and grow.

Drawing from a variety of disciplines—including Alternative Integrative Therapy (A.I.T.), the Taoist healing philosophies of Mantak Chia, Mindsprings Meditation, and the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza—I offer a dynamic, intuitive approach that supports each person’s unique journey. I also incorporate breathwork, sound healing, and embodied presence to create a grounding, integrative experience.

Currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling, I see healing as a collaborative process—one where I walk beside you as a guide, holding space for the parts of you that are ready to shift, soften, and grow. One of my favorite mantras to hold close is: “I will only go as fast as the slowest part of me feels safe to go.”
